Stunning, picturesque, tranquil... carp fishing in France

APRIL 14' 

60lb 10oz Mirror : Congratulations to Nick Bunn 18th -24th April .

Nick had another great sessioin on lake 1 returning for his annual visit to the lakes Nick landed a superb 60lb 10oz mirror together 14 other fish including 53lb Mirror, 43lb,44lb,33,30,38,32,37,38,37,32,37,29,27lb Mirrors - a fantastic week !! 

in total this week on lake 1 : 1 x 60lb + , 3 x 50lb + 15 x 40lb + ,32 x 30lb + and remainning 20s out of a 70 fish haul - impressive weights by any standard !

LAKE 1  : 

April in continuing to fish well on lake 1 - the Carpers cabin seeming to produce fish within minutes and hours after arriving from swim 6 , e.g Richard Pay arriving for a short w/end session landed a 47lb mirror and 35lb Mirror within 10mins of arriving in the swim , the same for Craig Hewitt with his biggest of 51lbs ! Jake Fincham and Harry Bussey also exploiding the quick takes for the cabin swims upon arrival with 3 40lb + mirrors 30s and 52lb Sturgeon . 

Hook Lodge still producing the fish as always with regular 50lb + fish gracing the banks with the lastest 60lb + Mirror comming out for Nick Bunn on the 22nd April ! 

Middle swims fishing steadily through April with 40lb + fish coming out regulary - Margin fishing well as there is an abundant amount of caterpillers and bugs falling off the trees into the margins together with a wealth of tadpoles . for latest pictures and weekly updates follow our face book page and like .
