FEBRUARY 2013 WINTER PIKE BONANZA !!! VALLEELAKE 2
What's better to warm you up and get your heart racing in the depth of winter, than some exciting Pike fishing..
Well VALLEELAKE 2 can boast a fantastic head of monsterous Pike as Russell Schelup and pals find out - their regular winter Pike session this year was no exception, with no more than four Pike over 20lbs and many doubles . With three 20s on their 1st day to different anglers - Russell 'what a great Pike water , we never get that in 10 sessions in th UK - Thanks for some great fishing all enjoyed our visit and see you later in the year for the Carp '
VALLELAKE 1 FEB 2013 -
Despite foul icy Wintery conditions below Freezing , VALLEELAKE 1 still produced Carp to over 44lbs and high 30s to three dedicated Winter Carpers fishing a short session in changable winter conditions .
Gordon Tiffin being rewarded in the shape of a loverly Winter Mirror to 44lbs, fishing swim 8 taken on lake prepared French Mais over chopped boilies .
Vincent Klienbergen fishing open water using a chod rig had a 38lb Mirror within two hours after arriving and fishing partner rounded it up with
another Mirror of 39lbs .
' Vincent to be honest we didn't expect to catch in these conditions , with the water temperature being so low and ice in the margins snow and Hale ! a Great Bonus , we all enjoyed the experiance ,see you in the summer Mark & Nathalie thanks again '
